Title: Sausage & Sauerkraut Pockets

1tbButter/margarine
3 Kielbasa sausages, cut into
  1/2" slices
1mdOnion, sliced
1lgRed-skinned apple, cored and
  Diced
1cnSauerkraut, drained well
1/4cSweet pickle relish
1tbDijon mustard
3 Pocket breads, halved

Microwave a 10" browning dish on High for 4 1/2 minutes. Carefully remove dish (the bottom is very hot) to a heatproof surface. Add butter and swirl until bottom is coated. Add sausages and stir until browned on all sides; then stir in onion. Cover with a glass lid. Microwave on High for 3 minutes. Stir in apple, sauerkraut, pickle relish, and mustard. Microwave, covered, on High for 2 minutes. Let stand, covered, while heating bread.

Wrap breat halves in paper towels. Microwave on High for 15-30 seconds or until heated through. Spoon sausage mixture evenly into bread pockets and serve immediately.
